Banana Bread French Toast

I started a tradition on Sundays to make great big family breakfast. I admittedly don't always do it, but when I do, it's really all out! This recipe was immediately a hit with everybody.

Recipe

• Banana bread, sliced
• 6-8 eggs, beaten

Instructions

Coat the banana bread slices in the egg, and transfer to the pan. Turn after ~5 minutes or when each side is golden brown.

Serve warm, with optional cinnamon butter.
